For our guests arriving by plane, we will be waiting for you at the airport exit with a sign displaying your name. Our office is located opposite the airport. The preliminary vehicle handover will take place in the airport car park. After proceeding to the office together, we will sign the rental agreement and complete the official vehicle handover.
For guests arriving by another means of transportation, we will send you the location of our office when we contact you.
Attention to all guests: Please remember to bring your driving licence. Guests with a foreign driving licence or passport must also bring these documents.

Guests with a foreign driving licence must bring their passport.
For Economy Group vehicles: minimum age 23 and a driving licence held for at least 3 years (R. Clio, Hyundai i20, VW Polo, etc.)
For Mid-Range Group vehicles: minimum age 25 and a driving licence held for at least 4 years (R. Megane, Opel Astra, VW Jetta, VW Golf, etc.)
For Upper Group vehicles: minimum age 27 and a driving licence held for at least 5 years (Audi A4, VW Passat, etc.)
For Luxury Group vehicles: minimum age 28 and a driving licence held for at least 5 years (BMW, Mercedes C180, etc.)
Persons registered as drivers of the vehicle must hold a driving licence that is valid in the country where the rental takes place.
(An International Driving Permit is recommended.)
An International Driving Permit is required for driving licences that do not use the Latin alphabet.
If someone other than the person who made the reservation will drive the vehicle, that person must be registered as an additional driver.
Customers renting a vehicle are required to have a credit card issued in their own name at the time of rental. A pre-authorisation amount will be blocked on this credit card according to the category of the rented vehicle.
MasterCard, Visa, Euro Card, Access, Troy or other recognised credit cards are accepted.
Debit cards are not accepted.
All prices displayed on our website include the following services and products.
All prices include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with excess.
Collision Damage Waiver covers damage resulting from a collision. Provided that the insurance conditions are fulfilled, damage caused by a collision will be compensated, with a portion of the damage remaining the customer's responsibility depending on the vehicle category.
This insurance does not cover damage that is not caused by a collision, including parking damage and damage to tyres, windows or headlights.
Limited mileage usage is 250 km/day or 3500 km/month.
For mileage exceeding these limits, a fee of 3 TL + VAT per km will be charged.
Allowing the vehicle to be driven by anyone whose name is not stated on the rental agreement.
Using the vehicle outside normal operating conditions, including driving with excessive engine temperature, using the vehicle on unsuitable roads or with a flat tyre, filling the vehicle with the wrong fuel, and similar situations.
Using the vehicle in violation of traffic regulations, including exceeding legal speed limits, running red lights and similar violations.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Damage or an accident caused by a load carried in the vehicle.
Careless or negligent use of the vehicle, including failing to adjust speed according to road conditions in rainy weather or failing to maintain a safe following distance.
Failure to immediately report an accident or theft to the contact telephone numbers provided to the customer.
Leaving the vehicle at the accident scene, except where an incapacitating condition is documented by a medical report.
Failure to obtain the required reports from the relevant authorities (traffic and alcohol reports) within 48 hours following an accident.
Failure to return the original vehicle key in the event that the vehicle is stolen.
Failure to return the vehicle without approval after the rental period has expired.
Damage to the rental vehicle or another party caused by loads carried inside the vehicle.
Damage to tyres, windows or headlights is not included in the Collision Damage Waiver with Excess. This coverage can be purchased separately.
Financial compensation arising from damage caused to third parties is covered within the limits of compulsory motor third-party liability insurance. The customer is responsible for amounts exceeding the applicable coverage limits.
The reservation is not valid unless a confirmation email is received from us. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Please check your confirmation message.
I hereby authorise the use of the credit card I have provided for the collection of all amounts payable under the agreement, including the rental fee for the vehicle during my period of use, fuel and service charges resulting from returning the vehicle with insufficient fuel, traffic fines incurred during the rental period, toll road, bridge and tunnel charges, additional rental extension charges, damage costs resulting from accidents without accident reports or from driving under the influence of alcohol, engine failures caused by dirty or incorrect fuel, and all other amounts that must be collected under the agreement, as well as for the refund of the amount held as a deposit.
In the event of an accident, this coverage removes the renter's liability and also covers non-collision-related damage up to amounts that vary according to the vehicle category:
Economy: 5,000 TL
Mid-Range: 7,500 TL
SUV: 9,000 TL
Luxury: 19,000 TL
This may include parking damage and damage to tyres, windows, headlights, etc.
Covers the treatment expenses of passengers inside the vehicle within the applicable limits.
Material damage caused to third parties by the vehicle is covered within the limits determined by compulsory traffic insurance.
A one-way fee applies when the vehicle is requested to be rented from or returned to a location different from the specified stations. Please ask about availability.
Any difference between the fuel level at pick-up and the fuel level at return will be charged to the renter based on the fuel price applicable at the time of return, together with a service fee of between 25% and 30%.
Returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up will be considerably more economical for the renter.
A second driver may be added to the rental agreement provided that their driving licence is presented and they meet the rental prerequisites (excluding the deposit prerequisite).
A fee equivalent to the applicable daily amount is charged for the second driver.
Baby and child seats can be provided for vehicles. If you specify this requirement during your reservation, our reservation team will provide information regarding availability.
The rental price and reservation confirmation are based on the conditions agreed at the beginning of the rental.
If it is not operationally possible to accommodate a requested change — for example, because the vehicle has another reservation or is due for scheduled maintenance — the request may not be accepted.
Even if a change request is accepted, an additional fee may be charged because the originally calculated price may change. No refund will be made for early returns.
Changes to any of the following conditions may alter the rental terms.
A request to extend the rental period may be accepted by telephone for the first extension, and the applicable fee will be collected by mail order before approval.
For subsequent extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to one of the Oğuz Rent A Car offices for inspection.
A request may also be made to add an additional driver to the rental agreement.
The rental period is 24 hours.
If the vehicle is returned 2 hours later than the rental time, a daily rental fee may be charged.
Delays in vehicle return without prior approval may result in the Insurance Coverage (Full or Collision Damage Waiver with Excess) becoming invalid and may also result in additional hourly charges.
If you inform our reservation representatives about any services you may require during your journey, you can obtain information about prices and availability.
Reservations made through our website are valid under the following conditions:
If you request a change to your reservation conditions — including changing the return date to an earlier or later date, changing the return station, changing the vehicle category or adding an additional driver to the rental agreement — the request may not be accommodated. Even if the request can be accommodated, an additional fee may apply or it may not be possible to reduce the rental price.
All prices displayed on our website include Collision Damage Waiver with Excess, VAT and limited mileage usage.

During periods of high reservation demand, all or part of the rental fee may be requested at the time of reservation via mail order or bank transfer.
For prepaid reservations, in the event of cancellation:
Up to at least 72 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up time, 40 TL will be charged.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up time, or if the vehicle cannot be delivered because the rental conditions are not met, the equivalent of one (1) day's rental fee for the reserved vehicle will be charged.
For early vehicle returns, 1 day's rental fee will be deducted.
Cancellation notifications must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].
If there is a change in the number of rental days during the reservation or rental process, the amount will be calculated according to the applicable daily price list.
A rental agreement will be signed at the time of rental.
Although this is not a common practice, the selected make and model in your reservation may be replaced with an equivalent vehicle.
Although all necessary precautions are taken to prevent problems during your journey, please call the contact telephone numbers provided to you if assistance is required.
After making a confirmed reservation, you will be contacted by our reservation department or receive a message.
Payment can be made during the reservation process by credit card via mail order or bank transfer, or when collecting the vehicle by credit card or cash.
Even if payment is made in cash, a pre-authorisation amount will be blocked on your credit card according to the category of the vehicle you rent.
If you would like your company to pay the rental fee through the “payment against invoice” (current account) method, please provide us with your current account information. Our accounting department will then contact the relevant representatives of your company.
By receiving an email regarding reservations made through our website, you will be deemed to have read and accepted the “Car Rental Eligibility Conditions”, “Price Conditions” and “Website Terms of Use”.
A fair fuel policy applies to our vehicles.
No refund is provided for excess fuel.
As the above prerequisites will be checked at the time of rental, the vehicle will not be delivered and the reservation will be cancelled if you do not have your driving licence and credit card with you.
The vehicle is delivered clean and must be returned clean.
A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking has occurred inside the vehicle or if the vehicle is returned dirty.
