OĞUZ RENT A  CAR TERMS OF USE


DRIVER AGE AND DRIVER'S LICENSE

The driver's license and age conditions for renting are as follows:

Economic class: At least 3 years of valid driver's license and to be over the age of 23.
Middle class: At least 3 years of valid driver's license and to be over 25 years old.
Upper and luxury class: At least 5 years of valid driver's license and to be over 26 years old.


Users who do not use a Latin alphabet driver's license (Russia, China, Syria, etc.) must present their valid international driver's license and passport (if they are not a Turkish citizen) along with their own driver's license at the time of rental.

RENTAL PERIOD


The rental period is at least 1 day (24 hours). Reservations 59 min. delay is optional, when the delays reach 1 hour, the full day price of the daily rental fee is charged.

KILOMETER LIMIT

The mileage limit varies according to the rental days, but is indicated in the table below. Rentals of 30 days or more are limited to 3000 km. If the kilometer limits are exceeded, a fee of 1€ + VAT is charged per kilometer crossing the limit.

Our Monthly KM Limit is 3000KM for our Eco and Upper Group Vehicles.


DEPOSIT

Our rental customers are required to have a credit card issued in their own name during the rental. A deposit of at least 100 Euro for economic group vehicles and 150 Euro for medium group vehicles and 300 Euro  for upper group vehicles is taken from this credit card, depending on the group of the vehicle they rent. (It may vary depending on the vehicle condition.)

FINDEX QUERY

Your financial analysis* must comply with Oğuz rent a car criteria in order for your reservation to be finalized for all groups and to receive your vehicle. *“Your financial analysis is submitted to T.C. on www.findeks.com. It can be done with your ID number and your GSM number registered in T.C banks. After receiving this information in the inquiry, you must confirm the message sent to your GSM number registered in T.R banks.

FUEL

Vehicles are taken back at the delivered fuel level. The fuel difference between the purchase fuel level and the delivery fuel level will be requested from the tenant by adding a 30% service fee depending on the fuel prices at the time of delivery.

ONE WAY RENTALS

In case the vehicle is received and returned to another office, the one-way fee stipulated by Oğuz rent a car is applied.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

In order for a person other than the renter to use the vehicle, valid identity and driver's license information must be written on the contract at the beginning of the rental, the additional driver's signature must be included in the contract and daily additional driver fees must be paid. If this rule is not followed, the insurances received will be deemed invalid and the tenant and users will be held responsible for all damages.

EXTRAORDINARY POLICY

Vehicles are not allowed to be taken outside the borders of Turkey.

CANCELLATION REFUND AND CHANGE

If you notify us of your cancellation request up to 24 hours before your vehicle purchase time, the total amount you paid for the rental will be refunded to your credit card.

If you stop buying the vehicle without notifying us at your planned vehicle purchase time and/or you notify us of your cancellation request less than 24 hours before your planned vehicle purchase hour, the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card after one-day fee deduction.

TRAFFIC FINES – HGS/OGS

Traffic fines belong to the tenant.  10 Euro + VAT service fee is charged separately for traffic fines paid by Oğuz rent a car If the vehicle is detained from traffic, this period is added to the rental period. Parking lot delivery costs vary according to the place of detention and will be invoiced to the tenant.

For the HGS/OGS service used in toll highway and bridge crossings, the usage fee and additional  5 Euro/rental service fee are collected separately from the rental fee.

INSURANCE AND ASSURANCES

There is an exempt rent a car insurance in the vehicles, and in case of any damage, accident, etc., the tenant is obliged to pay 400 Euro + VAT for Economic vehicles, 500 Euro + VAT for Medium group vehicles, 750 Euro + VAT for Upper Group vehicles. By purchasing the assurance packages at the bottom, you can adjust your risk according to your own limits in case of damage, accident, etc.

Young Driver Package(+1)	If the age group is not suitable for renting a car, it provides the right to rent a car by adding 1 year in addition to your age. It is obligatory to purchase it together with Mini Damage Insurance.	8 Euro	8 Euro

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

In all cases that are excluded from the coverage in the general conditions of the insurance, the vehicle is used under the influence of alcohol, drugs, outside the legal speed limits and incorrectly, it is used by someone other than the person whose name is written on the rental contract, accident and alcohol reports are not received, and the vehicle and its reports are returned to Oğuz rent a car within 24 hours. If it is not delivered to the head office in Turkey, the tenant's liability for damage continues.

In the event of an accident, do not neglect to get an accident and alcohol report by applying to the nearest police or gendarmerie center without changing the location of your vehicle. Otherwise, the insurance will be deemed invalid and the tenant will be responsible for all damage costs and material / moral losses given to third parties. Oğuz rent a car reserves the right to change the rental prices and conditions and the type of vehicle specified in the reservation without prior notice when deemed necessary.
